The New York Local Law 88 requires all commercial buildings larger than 25,000 sq ft to install submeters for any tenants that lease at least 5,000 sq ft of space. Required equipment must be in place by January 1, 2025. With the DENT PowerScout HD multi-circuit meters, it’s easy to measure up to 16 individual sub-units with a single device.
